Handset Return Policy & Early Termination Fee
AT&T offers customers a 14 day trial period of the AT&T network. You may cancel service anytime within 14 calendar days from the activation date to avoid the applicable Early Termination Fee. Our 14 calendar day handset return policy requires you have the original box, handset, charger, battery, data cable, headset, case, manual, and software included. Handset must be in like-new condition without physical defects/water damage. Please remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information before returning your handset.
- $35 restocking fee applies to all handset returns/exchanges.
Equipment may not be returned or exchanged after 14 days.
Cancellation of service after the 14 calendar day period will be subject to AT&T’s Early Termination Fee of up to $325. You will be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges through the termination date.
Security deposits are not refunded by the store location. If you paid a security deposit, it will take 1 to 2 billing cycles for AT&T to process the return of the security deposit. The charges for service used on the account before the service termination date will be applied against the security deposit.
iPad Return Policy
iPads may be returned to Parrot within 14 days of the date of purchase. A 10% Restocking Fee applies to all iPad returns.
GoPhone Pay As You Go Returns
Funds deposited into a GoPhone account are not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit, during or after the 14-day return period. Pay As You Go refill cards or PIN or funds are not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Accessory Return Policy
All accessories may be returned within 30 days. Accessory must be complete with original packaging and all components
Refund Policy
Refund checks for cash purchases will be mailed from our corporate office within 21 days of the return date. Credit card purchases will be refunded directly to the credit card used at the time of the purchase.
