Broken Phone?
For defective phones (other than iPhones/iPads) within 1-yr
warranty period:- Call Exchange by Mail (XBM) at 1-800-801-1101 or contact us. After calling XBM or visiting
a store, you may be eligible to go to a Device Service Center to swap your phone out. - Replacement phone will be refurbished.
For a defective iPhone/iPad within the 1-year warranty period:- Make an appointment at the nearest Apple Retail store Genius Bar online at www.apple.com or
by using the Apple Store application on your iPhone. - You can also call Apple iPhone Technical Support at 1-800-MY-IPHONE (1-800-694-7466)
- Out-of-warranty service is available for a service charge.
For a lost, stolen, damaged or out-of-warranty malfunctioning device
protected by AT&T Mobile Insurance (monthly recurring charge that
appears on your wireless bill):- Call Asurion at 1-888-562-8662 or file a claim online at phoneclaim.com/att.
- For lost and stolen claims, also call AT&T Customer Care at 1-866-MOBILITY to temporarily suspend
service and prevent unauthorized use. - All claims must be filed within 60 days of incident.
- Replacement phone will be shipped overnight and, in most cases, received the next business day.
- The non-refundable deductible associated with your device model is billed to your montly wireless bill.
- Deductible levels vary depending on the phone model.
- Limited to 2 claims within any consecutive 12 months with a maximum device value of $1500 per occurrence.
- Replacement phone will be new or remanufactured.
For a broken, stolen, lost, or liquid damaged phone with GWG handset protection
(this is not AT&T insurance; this is insurance purchased at a Parrot store for a one-time upfront cost
when you bought your device):- Call GWG at 1-866-253-8202
- For lost and stolen claims, also call AT&T Customer Care at 1-866-MOBILITY to temporarily suspend service and prevent unauthorized use.
- Deductible amount will be charged to a credit card.
- A hold for the full price of the phone may be charged to your credit card.
- You must wait until the 31st day of GWG protection to make a claim
- Replacement phone will be new or remanufactured.
